February Favorites
I'm talking my favorites from February. From beauty to home decor, I've included everything that I can't get enough of lately. So let's dive right in, shall we?
Beauty
Peace Out Pores Treatment Strips - I picked these up from Sephora the other day for $19. The box contains 4 blackhead strips and 4 pore strips. These bad boys sucked out every blackhead and all the oil from my skin. I love them. I love them so damn much. They're flexible and comfy. You wear them for 4-6 hours, you can sleep in them if you want and then when you take them off in the morning it's so satisfying to see how well these strips worked.
Rose Quartz Facial Massager - These rollers are amazeballs. Ideally, you apply oil and massage the oil into your skin with the roller, but I don't have any oil. I'm just now realizing that I don't have any facial oils and it's lowkey bothering me. I needs me some. Anyway, getting back on track, this roller helps blood circulation, tones skin and reduces the appearance of pores. I actually rubbed the roller over the Peace Out Pore Strips to make sure they were soaking everything up...plus, it felt good. LOL. I also used it to roll out my eye gel.
TIGI Bed Head Re-Energize Shampoo and Conditioner - I was at Marshall's the other day and I spotted my all-time favorite shampoo and conditioner, so I didn't think twice about tossing them in my cart. I can purchase these in the town I live in, but at Marshalls, they were only $13/bottle for the big bottles when they normally retail for $29 at Ulta. UM HELLO!! It's a friggin' steal.
This is the perfect daily shampoo and boosts hair strength. Which I definitely need because my hair is thiiin. And the conditioner...the love I have for this conditioner runs deep, Y'all. It just melts into your hair like butter and detangles all the knots.
Living Proof Restore Perfecting Spray Conditioned Detangler ($29) - Like I just mentioned, I have thin hair and after drying it with a towel...it gets tangled again. Cue the trusty detangler to make brushing my hair bearable. Plus, it has heat protection up to 400*F. Bless up.

Two Girls One Ghost podcast - I love this podcast and just learned about it recently. My not-so-guilty pleasure show is Ghost Adventures (NEW EPISODES FEB. 23!) and I tweeted about the show one night. I think that's how Sabrina and Corinne, the hostesses, or Ghostesses, if you will, found my twitter and randomly started following me that night. I followed them back and decided I needed to check their podcast out. About two weeks ago I started the podcast from episode one and have been binge listening since. I'm OBSESSED! AND!!!! They commented on one of my Instagram posts, I'm still screaming about that. A little background about their show, it's a paranormal comedy podcast about two best friends who tell ghost stories of their own encounters to famous ghost stories know by many. Definitely check them out on Apple podcasts or all other listening destinations, you'll become an instant fan-tom.
Every Breath - I received this book for Christmas and read it so quickly. Nicholas Sparks is my favorite author and normally I burn through his books. But yeah, I really enjoyed this story, plus it's based on an actual couple and their story is heartbreaking and beautiful and ugggh!! Just... just read it, okay.
DVD case - As I mentioned before in previous posts, I'm KonMari-ing TF out of my house and getting rid of shit we don't need or use. My husband and I have quite the movie collection and we're just over the cheap shelves and all the DVD cases. I found this case on Amazon for $25 and it's well worth it. It holds 400 DVDs, we don't have that many, but for future purchases/gifts, we can just transfer the disc to that case and pitch the case the DVD came in. We're trying to go all digital when it comes to movies now to eliminate clutter.

Toy Story Birthday Shirts - A girl from my hometown has an Etsy shop called Midwest Mill and she does the best work!! I have two little ones with birthdays in February so we're having one big party this weekend and you guessed it, it's a Toy Story theme. I contacted her and asked if she could make a custom order, within about two weeks, the shirts arrived and my littles are so excited to wear them this weekend at their party. Please check out her shop and all the awesome products she has. I guarantee you'll find something you love!
Home Decor
I've lived in this house for five years and I'm just now really starting to decorate. I don't know why it took me so long. Maybe I was just waiting to find the perfect decor for our home. Yeah, let's go with that. It's definitely not because I was lazy... Last week I went to Gordman's and found the two rustic barn wood doors and a cathedral window. Once I saw them I knew these would be a perfect fit to fill the empty wall space over our dining table. I picked up two wreaths from Hobby Lobby, a heart wreath for Valentine's Day, obviously, and a beautiful, lush green wreath that will hang a majority of the year until fall/winter arrives.
Barn Doors - $25/door
Cathedral Window - $20
Heart wreath - Originally $17.99, I purchased it for 40% off with their Valentine's decor sale that is currently running making the final price $10.79.
Green wreath - Purchased from Hobby Lobby originally $24.99 but with my 40% off coupon, I snagged this beauty for $14.99.
Black and white alarm clock - ($7.99) My MIL has this beautiful silver twin bell alarm clock in one of the guest bedrooms of her house and I always admire it. I had been looking for a fun, funky one for our bedroom. I saw this clock and thought it would fit perfectly in our black and white bedroom. My husband really loved it and thought it was so cool. Good find, C, good find.
Faux Succulent ($7.99) - I had to add one of my favorite faux succulents in here. Within the past year, I've really started to love small faux plants. I have a few here and there around the house, nothing over the top, just to bring a little pop of color to our neutral color scheme. I got this particular one from Target.
That's it. All my faves for the month of February. They're all so perfect and I love them and they make me happy. I hope you fall in love with these items and get some for yourself to enjoy.
